Set a practical recurring scope

Tell us which areas need attention on every visit and which tasks are periodic. Weekly and fortnightly frequencies can be estimated online, while the actual schedule and scope remain subject to confirmation.

Pressure cleaning, gardening and a detailed lobby clean are selectable extras. Exterior windows, building residue and specialist hazards need separate assessment.

How strata pricing works

The calculator applies a $100 minimum service price. It estimates labour from the common areas and property features, then applies travel, selected extras and the requested frequency.

Common areas larger than 2,000 square metres and locations outside the configured service area are referred for manual review instead of receiving an automatic final price.
