When to choose a deep clean

A deep clean may suit a home with accumulated build-up, rooms that have not been cleaned recently, or a property that needs extra attention before regular visits. The time required depends on the size, condition and access, rather than a single duration for every home.

If you are unsure whether you need a standard or intensive visit, describe the property in your request. We can review it with you before confirming the work.

How deep-clean pricing works

Intensive cleaning is assessed at $80/hour. The calculator applies a $220 minimum service price; larger homes and additional tasks may cost more. Travel and selected extras are calculated separately.

An online estimate uses your room counts and property details. Work that needs an individual assessment is referred for manual review, with no final automatic price.

Tell us where extra attention is needed

Use the notes field to explain your priorities. Select appliance interiors, inside cupboards, blinds or interior windows as extras where needed; do not assume they are part of every standard visit.

Work that needs a separate assessment

Requests involving mould, hazardous material, hoarding, building work, exterior windows or moving furniture need manual review. Describe these requirements before booking so we can tell you whether we can help.
