Consumables are not assumed to be supplied by Shine & Care. Confirm what is kept at the property, where it is stored and what you want checked.

How the estimate is prepared

Airbnb and short-stay cleaning has a $100 minimum service price. The estimate also reflects the home layout, beds, travel, access and selected extras; the minimum is not a fixed price for every turnover.

An online quote is an estimate for the details supplied. Submitting it does not reserve a cleaner or guarantee a particular turnaround time.

Make the handover repeatable

Before the first visit, provide one current checklist for the property and identify anything that should be reported rather than replaced or repaired. Changes to the agreed checklist, property condition or guest schedule may affect the time required.
