After-hours and additional work
After-hours service can be included in the estimate. Internal commercial windows and fridge interiors are available as selectable extras. Confirm access and the person responsible for opening, closing or alarm procedures before a visit is arranged.
How the estimate is prepared
Commercial cleaning has a $100 minimum service price. The estimate reflects the workplace details, frequency, travel and selected extras; it is not a universal per-office price.
Workplaces larger than 1,000 square metres and requests involving specialist or hazardous work are sent for manual review.
