Allow for the extras your property needs

Oven and fridge interiors, inside cupboards, interior windows, blinds, balconies and carpet steam cleaning are selectable extras in the quote form. Choose the tasks that apply to your property so they can be priced and discussed.

If the request involves exterior windows, building residue or other specialist work, it needs an individual assessment.

What affects the price?

The calculator applies a $320 minimum service price for end-of-lease cleaning. The final estimate depends on property size, condition, access, travel and selected extras; the minimum is not a fixed price for every property.

Submitting a quote does not reserve a cleaning time. After reviewing your estimate, check availability and request a visit. The appointment remains pending until we confirm it.

The cleaning quote covers the work we agree with you. A bond outcome depends on the inspection and matters beyond cleaning, so we do not promise that a cleaning request guarantees a bond refund. Tell us about any concerns before the visit so we can discuss them.
